Red cooked pork belly
Ingredients
500g pork belly
2 cups
Shaoxing rice wine
(see note 1)
1 tablespoon
light soy sauce
2 teaspoons
dark soy sauce
5 slices ginger
2 star-anise
1 bay leaf
2 dry chilli (optional)
1 tablespoon rock sugar (or granulated sugar)
